Thanksgiving Indians!

One morning Braiden and I decided to make some dorations for Thanksgiving, since i can't get to all my fun fall decor for my apartment. We made Hand Turkeys, i don't have a picture of them yet, but we also made indian hats! These two were too cute not to take pictures of them with their hats! they ran around crazy with these hats on!

Meixcan Boys

Colten sent some fun stuff from mexico, and the boys got cute little shirts! I made them wear them to church and everyone thought they were so adorable! I know Houston can't pass as a cute little mexican boy, but Braiden can because he looks just like his dad with his dark skin and hair! Love these boys!

Swimming!!!

Swimming Time!!!

i got this little pool at walmart! It was super hot outside and Braiden asked if i would take him swimming. i told him i had too many things to do at home so i couldn't then we saw the plastic pools outside of walmart and said, hey why don't i buy you a little pool and you can swim at home while i get my stuff done! and he was super excited! So it was interesting trying to get this 45 in pool into the back of my little honda civic but we did it and it took about 20 minutes to fill it up with the sink water and buckets! but it was well worth it! I got my stuff done while i watched the boys out the glass door and they had a blast and stayed out of my hair! I got my stuff done so quick i had time to sit and watch them swim outside on our little porch!

It was well worth the $10 i must say!

When it was time to get out and eat dinner, Braiden didn't fight me, shocking i know, but houston, good heavens that child screamed at me and threw a really big fit and refused to eat dinner and everything! i felt to bad, and josh kept telling me not to give in. Josh ended up going to baseball practice and took braiden with him so i let houston swim again after he ate some rice and he was happy again, but getting him out when it was getting dark was the same but i did put him in a warm bath right after i took him out, so he was ok after that! He is a funny kid, he doesn't have a hard time getting out of the bath the but has a really hard time when it's time to get out of their little pool! What a character! let's just say, he slept good last night!!!

Mall Play Date

I went to the mall with a friend and we took the kids to play on these little rides and thought they were too cute not to take pictures and post them! They had a blast!

I find my boys playing like this almost every day, it is so cute! Until....

Houston gets mad at Braiden because he doesn't want him touching his toys anymore! lol I think he is super spoiled!

New Beds!

Josh and I got the boys new beds, well they are hand me downs from my brothers, but they are still in good shape and they are new to them! They love them! Houston's bed doesn't have the legs on his bed because i was afraid he'd fall out of it, and he can get in and out of his own bed all by himself. And because we only found 3 of the 4 legs and it's pretty dangerous without the legs, but still it worked out perfect! Braiden's has the legs so he's off the floor now, he loves his bed! Now all i have left to do is get them matching quilts!

My Boys!

Here are random pictures of the boys! They are growing up way too fast! Houston is on whole milk now so i am saving money on formula!! Yay! But he has been having some issues with the change of milk so we mix whole milk with his formula that we have left over to get rid of it and so he doesn't break out in a bad rash. He did get a prescription diaper rash cream to help with the yeast, but he is doing great! I have to warm the milk to take the cold edge off still but he loves it! He is getting more teeth! I think he has 10 now, 6 on top and 4 on bottom!

Braiden is growing up too fast! he is so smart! Too smart for his own good! He says the darnest things! His favorite color is Green! His favorite animal is are hippos just like his mommy! His favorite numbers are 3 and 4, not sure why maybe because that's how old he is and how old he's gonna be? i don't know! I finally got my boys on a medicaide health plan called CHIPS so that starts soon and then Braiden can go get his 3 year old shots and well check. He weighs about 26 pounds, Houston is close behind him. Braiden is such a picky eater it drives me crazy! One day he likes eggs and the next he doesn't! Stuff like that! Anyway boys are good and growing fast! Enjoy the recent pictures!
