9 Months Old!

My baby is 9 months old and i cannot believe how fast he is growing up! It seems like with every child you have the faster your kids grow up!

Houston Lee is doing well, he's gotten a pretty nasty cold but he is getting over it! He has his next check up next month, but i weighed him at home and he's abour 21 to 22 pounds! He weighs almost as much as Briaden! He is my eater! he LOVES food no matter what it is he will eat it!

Houston is also my napper, he is on a really good schedule! From the day he was born he's been on a good schedule and i've never had trouble with him getting off of it! he sleeps anywhere! Seriously we could be in a crowded room with everyone screaming and he'd sleep through it! It's great! The only thing i do not like is he wakes up every 4 hours at night, we're not sure why it just started happening last month. t's quite annoying especially when you are used to sleeping through the night and all of a sudden it changes!

Houston is a character! He is such a happy baby all the time except when he is tired. Even when he's got a soiled diaper, you don't know it unless you smell him. He laughs at himself and he has the cutest dorkiest laugh i have ever heard! I will have to record him and post it. He sounds like he's going to cry but he's not, hard to explain. He is such a cheese ball too, he love the attention and he flirts with girls all the time! Houston is also getting pretty brave and tries to walk, but only if you are holding his hand. and when he holds your fingers when he walks he has a death grip, so my fingers turn purple all the time when we practice!

Houston is a total mama's boy! He only likes Daddy when i'm not around! But as soon as he see's me he wants me and me only! Him and Braiden are the complete opposite, it's like night and day with these too!

Houston sure loves his bottles! He went through a phase where he wou;dn't eat anything off the spoon and would only take a bottle. So to get the nutrition he needs i put everything in a bottle for a few weeks. He's still in that phase but not as bad, now he is wanting to do it himself. So he is kind of difficult right now and i get pretty frustrated but he is doing better.

I don't know if any of you remember but Braiden is still to this day addicted to silky blankets and he gave Houston one of the blankets i made him that is silky, and Houston, he sure does love silky blankets too! But not any silky blanket! He only likes the blanket Braiden gave him! He will not take any other blanket! Heaven forbid we lose that blanket!!!!

Houston is sure growing up to be quite the little man! He never fails to put a smile on our faces! He's such a cuddle bug i love it! The lord knew i needed Houston when he came into our family! Braiden and Houston are great friends! And i am so happy for that! I wouldn't have them any other way! I just hope it lasts!!! We love you baby boy!!!
