Happy 26th Anniversary

My Mom and Dad have been married for 26 years! Today was their anniversary! Braiden and I made then chocolate covered strawberries, and bought mom beautiful purple tulips! Braiden picked them out and did a really good job! I am so lucky to have parents like them! They have taught me everything i need to know about being a parent and a person in this world! I look up to them so much and hope that i can love my husband as much as they love eachother! Love you mom and dad!

Hair

Josh has made a pact with himself, that he is not cutting his hair until his brother JD comes home from his mission! He Comes home August 17th! So his hair is getting so long, he borrowed my head band so he could eat his food without getting his hair in his way! How disgusting is that? I hate it, but he thinks he looks sexy! I just have to laugh at him because he now has to brush his hair and it hurts sometimes because it get's tangled, he says, "I guess i know how you girls feel! This hurts!" He makes me laugh! He was originally going to not shave or cut his hair and his beard got so long he was eating it, it was disgusting! But JD sent an email and told him that he better not have a beard or be fat, and i told him well you have one of them, i beard!!! So now it is just his hair that he's not going to cut until JD comes home! These pictures he hasn't shaved but he has been shaving like once every 2 weeks! Better than nothing!

weighed: 7 pounds 9 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long! We can't wait to meet her!

Elder Colten Houston

Elder Colten Houston was officially transferred to Mexico today! I didn't get to talk to him because he ran out of minutes but i get first dibs on christmas! I was really sad me and my family didn't get to talk to him but it's ok. i know he is safe and happy to be in mexico now! Can't wait to talk to him on christmas morning!!!

Happy Birthday Jace!

Happy Birthday to my Baby Brother Jace!!! I can't believe he is 10 years old already!!! He is growing up to be quite the young man! I remember when he was just a little baby! My 2 favorite memories of jace when he was little! 1st favorite was when he started to learn to say our names and my older brother Justin convinced Jace his name was "Dude!" He called him "Dude" for years!!! Then my 2nd favorite memory of Jace when he was little, he decided he didn't want to be called Jace anymore, he wanted to be called "Spiderman-Flash-Hulk" He loved all those super heros and couldn't just choose one so we all called me "Spiderman-Flash-Hulk" until he changed his name back to Jace haha! We Love you Jace and we hope you have a wonderful birthday!!!

We love our little place and it's coming together! Slowly but surely! The thought of moving in a year when our lease is up makes me want to throw up, but we will enjoy our new place while we have it!

Josh's 23rd Birthday

Josh was gone on his birthday, he had to work, but when he got home the next day he was greated with little goodies and this cute little cake braiden picked out, and he picked out the little toy story toys also.

We got Josh some stuff for work like work shirts and snacks to keep in his truck. He enjoyed them very much because his boys picked them out. We also celebreated his birthday saturday too by going to applebees also. Happy birthday Josh/Daddy! We love you very very much! We hope you had a wonderful birthday!

SUPRISE!!!!!

Mom got a phone call and when she answered a guy said "Como Es Ta?" Who could it be you may ask? IT WAS COLTEN!!!!! He called home to tell Mom that they didn't get thier visas, and they have to stay in the MTC for 3 more weeks and if they don't get then by then, he will be sent to a different mission. Bummer! But hopefully they get them!!! Mom talked to him for a few mins then i got to talk to him and let him know about Josh and I being able to go through the temple as early as september!!! He was so excited! his words were... "that..is...AWESOME!!! I can't tell you how excited i am!!! i have been praying for you guys!!!!" I said i know we decided to do it here in Houston Texas and he said "That is so cool you will love the Houston Temple!!" Then i told him i loved him and he told me about a package he is sending mom and he said, i have a suprise in there just for me!!! i can't wait to get it!!! it totally made my day!! Even though he only had 5 minutes mom, me and jace were the only ones that got to talk to him! It was really weird to hear his voice because he sounded so grown up. It's amazing what a mission can do for them. I am so greatful for the gospel and even more seeing how its changed his life. I love you Elder Houston!!! Miss ya!!!!

My birthday was great! When me and the boys woke up, we woke up ate breakfast, got dressed for the day, and when lunch time came around, my Mom and Grams took me to Applebees then we went shopping!!! I got a new purse and new shirts! Also Josh bought me a box of King Size SNICKERS!!!

and he get's in for the old man team!At one of coopers allstar games, we were all sitting there and all of a sudden the sky started doing this... see the vortex the clouds started spinning in a circle and the sky was so calm it was almost like TWISTER the movie! the sky was all calm then all of a sudden the wind starts to blow and it get's harder then BAM!!!!! A tornado!!!!! CRAZY!!! I was so scared these clouds were going to turn into a tornado! The stopped the game for a few hours because of lightening! It was crazy!By the time i got in the car with the kids, the clouds twisted up like an upside down tornado! It was really weird. Anyway, they started the game back up at like 1030pm and we didn't get home until 12am. Nuts. And the boys lost so they are out. no more allstars for cooper. Darn it
